LOINC to SDTM LB Mapper (QLoRA LLaMA)

This space demonstrates a QLoRA-fine-tuned LLaMA model for LOINC to SDTM mapping. The model exists but requires deployment to be accessible.

Model Status: 🔴 Not Deployed

Model: https://sdt6w0yj4cjouf5r.us-east4.gcp.endpoints.huggingface.cloud Inference API: ❌ Not Available

Model Details

  • Base: meta-llama/Llama-3.1-8B-Instruct
  • Fine-tuning: QLoRA on 17,904 biomedical examples
  • Training: Completed successfully
  • Status: Merged but awaiting Inference API deployment

Why Not Working?

  1. Model successfully trained with QLoRA
  2. Adapter merged with base model
  3. Full model uploaded to Hub (16GB)
  4. BUT: Not deployed by HF Inference Providers

This is a platform limitation - custom fine-tuned models require manual deployment.

  2. PEFT GPU Space: Load model directly (expensive)
  3. Wait: HF may eventually deploy this model
